Van tires where not in the best condition and when I mentioned it to the host he suggested we go half on the tires' I still took the chance and traveled to Colorado and the break pads completely went on us literally no more meadow on the pad the mechanic wouldn't let us drive up to the mountain like that we had to replace the break pad missed a whole day and half of our trip as well as our skiing reservations would not refund our money for our missed day ' it was one of the biggest inconvenience for our entire trip and had to miss out on our planned reservations
Melissa I’m sorry that you had that inconvenience. I stand by the statement that the tires were fine and had plenty of tread. The breaks were fine when you left too. Maybe driving up and down mountains wore them out prematurely. The break pad indicator went off for the first time during your trip and I replaced them promptly I also gave you a large refund for your inconvenience even though you were unimaginably rude and disrespected my faith. I hope that your future trips go better.
