I had an incredible experience renting this vehicle from Mesha. A local rental car company canceled my reservation and left me in an absolute bind, so I reached out to Mesha. In less than a minute, she responded and helped get everything set up so I could pick up the vehicle just a few hours later.
The vehicle was clean, well maintained, and exactly what I needed. The communication, professionalism, and follow-through were top-notch from start to finish. This was truly a five-star experience, and I wish every person who listed their vehicle on Turo operated at this level.
