The host was very responsive via chat. The vehicle was perfect for my family trip to Florida. The ride was smooth and the car is easy to handle. There's a Bluetooth adapter that comes with the vehicle so you have to kick it old school. The dashboard display screen is malfunctioning but we only needed it to change the radio station as we switched states. Overall a great experience. Would definitely rent again.
