Everything was great we loved the sprinter van and will be renting again !!

The host was responsive, friendly, and made the pickup and return process smooth. The Mercedes Sprinter was new, clean, and in excellent condition. We really enjoyed driving and riding in it. The spacious interior was a huge plus—you can comfortably stand inside, which made it perfect for our group and long trips.
The only suggestion for improvement would be to have a digital/power sliding door instead of the manual one. With multiple passengers making frequent stops, especially on mountain trips, the manual door can feel quite heavy to operate.
Also, keep in mind that the van runs on diesel, so be sure to refuel with diesel before returning it.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would happily rent it again.
