Car started to have a check engine issue
The guest utilized the vehicle for a week-long trip to Miami. Upon their return journey, a check engine light illuminated. I maintained communication with the guest until the vehicle was returned, four hours past the scheduled drop-off time. The vehicle has since been transported to a Ford Dealership for diagnosis and resolution of the issue.

Everything was great except for the broken seatbelt that cut my buddy’s leg open.
I appreciate your feedback. A prior guest damaged the rear seat belt buckle, and due to the limited turnaround time, it could not be repaired before your pickup. I attempted to contact you for additional information to facilitate a resolution, but I did not receive a response. The damaged seat belt buckle was also brought to your attention.
