Great vehicle for a trip to Flagstaff with a group of friends! Excellent communication with the owner.

The automatic sliding door was broken so we had to manually open and close it the whole trip. Since it is an automatic door, it works against you every time you open or close. And nearly every time you would close it, it would pop back open. It was incredibly annoying and should’ve at least been disclosed.
We clearly disclosed prior to your trip that the automated sliding door was intermittently malfunctioning. This is a convenience feature, and the van operates fully with manual use.
We also had service already scheduled. Your use of inappropriate language toward our team is unacceptable.
We stand by the condition of the vehicle and the transparency provided.
