The car was great but the handling of the reservation and host interaction was less than stellar. We reserved the vehicle for 1:00pm, our flight was delayed when we showed up for the reservation around 4pm it was not there. We reached out to the host to no avail. Its 114° heat and we are looking for our reservation with no help or communication. The host sends a GPS link at the beginning of the reservation which let us know the vehicle was near so we kept looking for it but it was in a part of the airport we could not reach. We finally asked an airport employee for help and she reached out to the host and was able to provide us support. The rest of the trip went smoothly with the car until drop off. The host charged for gas when the vehicle was dropped off despite it being left at the correct amount. He tried to say it was driven after the photo of the gas was taken but time stamp and the hosts gps proved that it wasnt moved after the picture was taken. The host then tried to say that the 5 minutes the Diesel car was idling was the reason it wasnt at the correct amount but also drove the vehicle BEFORE he took a picture of the gas. I am now having to dispute the charge.
