The car was good, the license plate frame was broken up on pickup.

This van is pretty utilitarian, it does not have a running board/step so it was next to impossible for my elderly parents to get in and out of. We bought a step stool and left it in the van for the next renters. I would not recommend renting this vehicle until it is serviced. The transmission is slipping and I would have hated for it to go out with our family of 9 in it in the Arizona heat. I know now that I need a sprinter with more bells and whistles to be a good fit for our family but the way it was running would be a concern to anyone.
