Easy pick up and easy drop off. Instructions very clear. Car was clean with a full tank! The cabin is very big and spacious which is good but it did take a little long to cool down in the hot AZ weather and never really got cold inside. Nothing against Alex! He was information and responsive!

Great service wonderful directions very responsive. We had a great trip no issues with the car. There's a crack on the windshield across the driver side which is not the end of the world but should be noted.
