Good rental. This was my first time renting from Turo and was pleased.

The van served its basic purpose for our trip, but unfortunately the overall condition was much worse than expected based on the listing.
Upon inspection, several items were damaged or malfunctioning. The driver’s sun visor was broken, and the screw actually fell out while I was driving. The mirror adjustment knob was also broken, requiring me to use my own tools to adjust the mirrors. The tire pressure monitoring system was not functioning, so I had to use my own tire pressure gauge to ensure the vehicle was safe. When I checked, the front tires were approximately 25 PSI below the recommended pressure. Additionally, the van drove with a noticeable shake, which raised further concerns about its condition.
One of the seatbelts was broken and malfunctioned, making that seat unsafe to use. The cleanliness of the van was also disappointing, with dog hair on the floor and stains on the seats.
I contacted the owner to ask whether the vehicle was safe for our long road trip, but it took most of the day to receive a response. Given the condition of the van, I was genuinely concerned about its safety. The owner stated that the oil had been changed and the tires rotated, but based on my experience, the vehicle appears to need significantly more maintenance and repair work.
The listing photos did not accurately represent the actual condition of the van. Due to the numerous maintenance and safety concerns, I would not rent this vehicle again.
