Pickup and drop off were smooth, instructions were clear. Only complaint was that the van has at least one bad bearing so the drive was very loud, couldn't talk without shouting, even to the person sitting next to you. It made the 3-4 hours of driving less enjoyable since conversations were limited. Everything else went well.

The van was perfect for our trip! It was easy to drive and comfortable. The description mentioned it having Bluetooth but we didn’t see that as an option. Otherwise everything was great!
