I had a great experience renting from Barry through Turo! The car was in excellent condition, well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, making the entire trip enjoyable and hassle-free.
Barry was an outstanding host from start to finish. He was very responsive, communicated clearly, and always replied promptly whenever I had a question. His instructions for picking up and returning the vehicle were straightforward and easy to follow, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
What I appreciated most was Barry’s professionalism, helpfulness, and willingness to make sure everything went well throughout the rental. He was courteous, accommodating, and genuinely easy to work with.
Overall, it was a fantastic rental experience. The combination of a quality vehicle, excellent communication, and great customer service made this a five-star experience. Pickup and drop off were clear and tank was full upon arrival but van had a number of seat stains and missing air covers inside. Overall, was what we needed for a few days rental and all worked out well!
