We are excited to introduce our Ford Transit Wagon. Beautiful dark grey color. It also comes with a CD player so you can enjoy your favorite music and CDs! You can seat 8 and there’s plenty of trunk space to go on your next adventure! We are here for our guests 24/7! What to expect SMOKING or vaping inside the car is prohibited. OFF ROAD driving is also prohibited. PETS ARE NOT allowed inside the car. MEXICO trips are not allowed. LOCATION - Our cars will be parked in a secure parking lot just North of the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Pre Flight parking garage. SHUTTLES 🚗 (Red shuttle – Pre flight) from the Airport 🛫 - If you are flying in, we have set up Curbside Pick-Up and Drop-Off. Shuttles come every 5-15 minutes. Terminal 3 - On the north side of the terminal only, go to the outer curb near door 9 by the "Courtesy Vehicle" sign. Terminal 4 - On the north side of the terminal only, go to the outer curb near door 7 by the "Courtesy Vehicle" sign. (DO NOT go to the rental cars bus! We are not located with the rental cars) AFTER HOURS: For pick-up after hours (11PM - 8AM) please text "Party of # at terminal # (3 or 4)" or call [Number redacted for privacy and security] (text is faster). FREE CARWASHES - We have set up Free Carwashes and Vacuums for you! We keep our cars clean inside and out for our guest and expect they be return in the same condition. Clean Freak Car Wash - 1702 North 44th Street, Phoenix AZ 85034. Open until 6:30 P.M. (Cleaning charges may apply if our car is not returned in the same condition as it was sent out) GAS - We provide a FULL tank of gas to start your trip. Please make sure to Fill the tank COMPLETELY right before your return. There are 2 gas stations right by the parking garage. (The cost of Gas plus a TURO fee is added if our car is not returned COMPLETELY FULL). TRIP EXTENSIONS - If you need to change the trip please do so quickly. If the car is available the Trip Change will be automatically accepted. DRIVERS - Only you the TURO Traveler may drive our vehicles. Added drivers are Free, just as long as they have a TURO account. Add the driver and their email.

Sebastian was a good host and responded quickly when we had questions. He had a video for pickup which was really useful. The car was a basic model, which was fine but you will need an adapter to charge your phone. The van could use some TLC. The side door could only be opened from the outside, but he said part would be in soon. It did the job for our trip.

Grrrreat communication. This van was perfect for our group of six plus luggage. Comfortable and mechanically excellent. Great handling.

It would be nice to have tinted windows esp. with the heat in Arizona.
