Host was very great and responsive, but we had issues from the van. We only had a half tank of gas to start, there was overdue service, (wasn’t an issue) a low beam light was out on the front left side, seats were dirty, A/C was inconsistent, didn’t work in the back, the van wasn’t the right color so the license plate didn’t match, and the padding on the slide door was ripped.
