For the most part everything was cool. I didn’t like that I was given one pickup location and instructions and then less than 24hrs before pickup I was told I needed to make a change to pick up location and I was charged extra for that change along with having to pay for parking. This change cost me an extra $50 or so that wasn’t in my budget. Also there was an issue with the back door and I kept getting notices about an AirTag on my phone which made me uncomfortable

Hi Veronica, thank you for your feedback, When you initially made the reservation, you did not select the airport location, that is why, when you changed it to the airport, an additional airport fees applied that were outside of our control. We apologize for the inconvenience. Regarding the AirTag notification, it is a security tool used by our company to ensure the vehicle does not leave the state of Florida without authorization.
