This would have been an easy 4 or 5 star vehicle. Until I realized near the end of our trip that the back row of seats that my children had been sitting in wasn’t ACTUALLY CONNECTED TO THE FLOOR. there was a sketchy piece of metal holding the front cleat in place that wasn’t even bolted to the frame of the van, just the floor board. Not to mention the seat by the door didn’t latch into its brackets either, just sitting in it loose. We discovered this when we had to use the brakes to avoid a vehicle that pulled in front of us, and my kids in the back row flipped up and hit he seats in front of them, and the seat by the door flew out of its spot and smacked the back of the front passenger seat. It’s the definition of negligence to advertise this vehicle as a 12 passenger van, oh I forgot it’s not even 12 passengers, there’s only 11 seats! Turo support team, something needs to be done about this.
