We had some unexpected battery issues during our trip and ended up purchasing a portable jump starter so we could continue using the van without disrupting our baseball team's travel schedule. Fortunately, Turo reimbursed us for the expense, which we appreciated.
Other than the battery issue, the van drove well and served its purpose for our team's trip. The host was responsive, communicated with us throughout the process, and maintained a positive attitude while we worked through the situation together.
Hopefully the battery issue has been resolved for future renters. Overall, we appreciate the host's communication and willingness to help.
