Amazing experience from start to finish. The Transit was clean, comfortable, reliable, and exactly as described. It was perfect for what we needed and drove great throughout the trip.
The host was excellent — very responsive, professional, and made the entire process extremely easy. Communication was smooth, pickup and drop-off were seamless, and you can tell they genuinely care about providing a great experience.

I WAS TRAVELING WITH MY FAMILY AS A GROUP OF 12. MY SON HAD A MISHAP AND ACCIDENTALLY LEFT A SPECIAL PERSONAL POSSESSION BEHIND IN THE VEHICLE VALUED WELL OVER THE PRICE TO RENT THIS VEHICLE. THEY RECOVERED THE ITEMS AND THEN REFUSED TO SEND THEM BACK AFTER PROMISING FOR OVER AN ENTIRE WEEK THAT THEY WOULD DO SO.
THE CAR ITSELF WAS OK, BUT IT WAS ABSOLUTELY NOT WORTH DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. THE WAY THEY HANDLED OUR BELONGINGS AND THEIR COMPLETE LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSIONALISM WAS BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE.
I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! THEY ARE THEIVES AND TURO SUPPORT WILL NOT HELP YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
