Doors were locked at pickup. Radio did not work the entire trip. CarPlay would work but still no sound and the screen would randomly turn off. Back up camera had to be turned on manually and only worked 4 times literally.
Thank you for your feedback, Breana. I’m sorry the vehicle was locked at pickup; however, I arrived within about 4–5 minutes to open it for you. Regarding the sound system, CarPlay works properly when using an original cable. As for the backup camera, it requires a couple of steps on the screen to activate. I appreciate your comments and will review everything to ensure the best experience for future guests.

When originally booking was told the car was at the airport come to find out it was several miles away. We had 8 people including babies and had to wait 45 minutes for a shuttle. The vehicle was badly damaged was told it was in the pictures, however we didnt look at pictures with a fine tooth comb as we would never expect to be given a wrecked vehicle. They were very helpful with getting us car seats.
