Great communication and the van was just as described.

The van was not in the assigned parking and it was hot! After calling the host several times, he was able to get me to the van. When leaving the attendant said the parking bill was $33. I had to call the host back and out of nowhere a man came to pay the $33 bill.
This was my first time using this company. It would have been nice to know what issues the van had. Such as there was a dent in the side of the van and door handle missing in the van, gas cap was missing, etc. prior to rental.
The van served us well, but overall my experience was mediocre.

All information was sent at the time of booking, including full instructions, location, vehicle condition, and fees — including that tolls are covered by the company. Still, I understand that the communication may not have been clear enough. I will work on making it more attractive and easier to read, with clearer step-by-step instructions.
