Alex was very communicative to my husband and I. Before we drove vehicle out of parking lot, we took pictures of vehicle and told him that the top rear light was loose when we opened the back door. It may have happened from the previous TURO renters. He told us to take a picture, send it, and enjoy the vehicle. It was a PERFECT VAN for my family to Universal, our Airbnb, places we ate, the toll roads we went through, and the airport. His instructions were pretty clear and had no other issues that we encountered. I will definitely recommend his vehicle and his great customer service. Thanks again Alex!

The vehicle was perfect. It accommodated my family of 9 comfortably. It was very clean, drove well and was good on gas. I would definitely rent with this host again next year when we return.
