We had an outstanding experience with our van host, despite some unexpected challenges getting transportation from the parking area to our hotel. The shuttle issues were not the host’s fault, but they went above and beyond to help us navigate the situation every step of the way.
Throughout the entire experience, the host responded quickly to every text, called when there was a misunderstanding, and helped address every concern, even when it was something outside their responsibility. Their communication, kindness, and willingness to help truly stood out.
The van was part of our family’s adventures, and we are grateful we chose a host who genuinely cared about our experience. I would absolutely recommend renting from them! The way they handled an unexpected and frustrating situation showed outstanding customer service. We could not have asked for a more helpful and understanding host.
