The vehicle was amazing! We had a group of 8 with lots of luggage and it fit all of our needs. The host was responsive and always there if we needed them. I know the location for pick up and drop off isn’t all the hosts problem, but that part was very hectic and not in the best part of Orlando. The biggest piece of advice is to allow yourself enough time to pickup and drop off, as it is a little time consuming.

Initially the vehicle was perfect until we find out that is came infested with cockroaches when we got to the place we were staying at & we were unloading the bags. Tried to switch the vehicle & was never able to agreed with the host. Tried to get a refund for the raid spray & foggers we use to try the infestation & we were going to get some discount/refund from the host but we never received any.

Our inspection before and after this trip found no evidence of cockroaches or infestation. The vehicle was thoroughly cleaned before delivery and inspected again upon return. We do not issue refunds without verifying the facts.
