The pickup was pretty easy, the instructions for locating the car initially weren’t very clear. Once we found it took around 20 minutes for the shuttle to arrive then it’s about an 8 minute ride to the airport. The car itself was good no issues at all, the AC blew great and it was clean. Only thing I wish was different was the ability to use the touch screen navigation in the car. Otherwise no issues it fit my family of 10 well with all of our luggage.
