Airport transportation was awful. On the inbound trip, the pickup didn't happen for at least an hour, and I ended up with an Uber instead. On the way back, it was a 45 minute wait. I was also frustrated at the communication process.

Great experience renting with Marcella. Excellent communication throughout the trip and clear direction. Great vehicle with no issues! We definitely will rent with them again.

Clear communication. When my flight was early- they were able to accommodate and early pickup. Car was clean and roomy- and they even text us one day to let us know something was draining the battery while parked and saved us from the inconvenience of needing a jump. Great experience overall
Angela •
Easy pick up. Clear instructions. If I ever travel here will be booking through host again!
