Super helpful, great drive, perfect for a big family with kids or big group with kids.

I made sure to select a vehicle that was listed as “pick up the airport” however we were made to wait 20 for a shuttle where were made to ride our children on the interstate in a van with broken seatbelts. The car made some noises that sounded like it could use some maintenance and the lock button on the key was broken.
The host was polite and very responsive, but this was not the experience we were told we’d be getting.
