Wonderful Trip, clean, responsive and worth it

No communication that the pick up/drop routine wasn’t the same as my last 3-4 rentals with this company. Very discouraging when you get in at midnight and figure this out. Also the pick up directions provided AFTER I reached out looking for the vehicle were not accurate. The vehicle was great other than there seems to be a tire noise/shaking on the interstate. Overall just disappointed with this reservation compared to previous transactions with this company
