When we picked up the car, the alignment was severely off. The van rattled and shook, and it felt unsafe. Halfway through our trip, the owner came to our hotel and took the car to a mechanic to fix the issue. After this we had no issue. But we rated it a 4 because it would have been impossible for the owner not to have noticed the problem before we picked it up. Impossible. Also, the interior was clean, but the floors had been sprayed with tire shine and were super slippery.

Everything was great and was as expected. No issues at all and would definitely rent again.

Everything was as expected. They’re very communicative and details were understandable. The car has two issues; first one, the front tires need to be replaced. They are almost gone. The other one is the slide door doesn’t closed easily. Almost every time I had to jump off the car and close it from outside.
