From pickup to drop off everything was smooth

Let’s begin with the good. The van was super spacious, very clean and had a lot of cool features. Super Nice vehicle overall. The host/owner of the van was actually great and very polite. He was receptive, informative and answer all my questions. It was a pleasure to deal with him and he…I guess tried to help me as much as he could with the situation I had. My unfortunate negative issue with this experience was the fact that the van had some type of either alignment or wheel issue. It was worse noticed in highway speeds due to a loud noise and noticeable vibration as the van gained speed. The tire sensors were not working (something i feel should be repaired for safety issues like this one) so at first i could’nt tell whether it was a flat tire or a wheel issue. I rented this van to bring my family of 7 on a trip to Jacksonville so the majority of the trip was all highway miles. Due to this noise and vibration it made the trip an unbearable and miserable experience in the area where the noise and vibration were coning from. The very first day I picked up the van I noticed this and contacted Muriel right away to which he responded immediately and try to help. He told me that they would get a van out there the next day to replace the one I rented so that I can use it while the other is being repaired. We were leaving that next day to the trip to jacksonville so i wasnt sure how that was gonna work out but he asked me for the address where the van was and I guess after realizing (this is just my likely speculation) that my location was about an hour away the host then informed me that if I thought the van was ok that I could just continue to use it and that they would just give me a discount for my inconvenience. Im not a mechanic so i dont know whether the van was ok or not but everyone was there and we were under a timed scheduled so we had to leave. That situation is the only reason why i would rate this experience what i did. Also the USB port on the main screen …is just not there…theres a hole as to where it should be and in order to be able to use CarPlay or any other apple functions like the GPS or any to help navigate a cable connection is needed for this specific vehicle. I think if these problems are fixed on this specific vehicle i could definitely give it a 5 star rating but as to its current conditions and how things were handle i think my rating is fair.
The review acknowledges immediate support, a replacement attempt, and a solution offered during the trip. The vehicle remained in use by the guest’s choice despite the alternative provided. Vibration may result from balance/alignment and can be quickly corrected when reported. Regarding USB/CarPlay, availability depends on the vehicle’s factory configuration. We remained available throughout the trip to address any issue. God bless you 🙏

Overall I am pleased with the Ford Transit so happy to give it 5 stars. A couple of issues with two screen warning messages which I can see have been mentioned before and should have been sorted before we picked up the van. Not a major problem however
The one area that was frustrating was the very slow pick up at the airport by Omni. Waiting for almost an hour in the rain was disappointing and their Customer Services phone help was poor - and expensive
Wasn't a lot better when returning the Van with a lack of staff and the parking area was rammed with vehicles abandoned all over the place. I appreciate that isn't directly provided by Turo but when you're paying for an overall service that aspect certainly needs to be improved because it's what you remember....

Great Van! My family and I used it on our trip to Disney. The Host was outstanding. 10/10 recommend!!
