Van was clean, accessible and filled with gas. Few suggestions: top off windshield fluid and operable backup camera.

The plastic of one of the seatbelts in the second row was damaged (along with others), causing the seatbelt to get stuck and difficult to get out. I alerted the host and he said that it was still a functioning seatbelt, which at that point was not true because you weigh the risk of getting stuck in the seatbelt or not wearing one at all, posing a huge safety risk. The battery also died, requiring us to call for assistance.
The customer left his car with the interior light on, showed up at our bouncer shop complaining about the seatbelt cover, and broke another one. Complaining is easy, being careful isn't.
