I gave this rental a 2-star rating, but honestly, the experience was very disappointing. This vehicle was for a family trip, and from the very beginning, it did not meet expectations.
When I picked up the van and inspected it, I found that the seats were extremely dirty and covered in grease to the point where we had to use sheets just to be able to sit down. This is completely unacceptable for a rental service.
Additionally, the air conditioning was not cooling properly, which made the trip uncomfortable for everyone, especially considering this was a family trip. To make matters worse, not all of the seat belts were functioning, which is a serious safety concern.
My family and I were not happy with this experience at all. The vehicle did not meet basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, or safety, and I am not satisfied with this reservation.

Overall, the van was very useful for our trip. The space was great and comfortably accommodated all passengers and luggage, which made our travel experience smooth and convenient.
The host was very nice, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The pickup and return location was also very well located and convenient, which made the whole process even easier.
However, the vehicle was not as clean as expected at pickup, and the tires did not appear to be in the best condition, which is something that could be improved for future renters.
That said, the van served its purpose well, and we were able to complete our trip without any issues.
