Vehicles AC barely blew, the rear HVAC vents were broken and had to use wedged paper to keep open. Radio volume INOP. Windshield was cracked. I had 3 kids, 1 baby and three adults in the van. Basically lost two days of our trip because of having to call back and forth and get a replacement vehicle.
