The interior and exterior of the vehicle looked nothing like the pictures. When I got in the vehicle, the tire pressure light was on. I went to the gas station and put air in the tires, but the tire pressure light and message were still on the dashboard. The gas cap was missing, one of the hubcaps was missing, and a few of the air vent covers were also missing.
When I started my trip and got up to 70 mph, the steering wheel began shaking. I took the vehicle to my uncle, and he checked all of the tires and made sure the tire pressure was correct. After that, the shaking stopped.
I had to keep the vehicle because I had an engagement to attend, but I’m highly disappointed. I contacted the host, and they advised that if I returned the vehicle, they would refund me for one day but still charge me for the first day because I had already started using the vehicle. This was only after having the vehicle for 2 1/2 hours, and all of these issues existed before I rented the van.

Pick-up was good, the car had a lot of little problems such as broken armrests, stains on the seats and the car would make this weird sound as it was driving but overall it was still pretty good and the trip went smoothly.
