Luis is an excellent host. We had a couple bumps at check in and he went above and beyond to make it right. Great communication. The car worked great and fit our group of 10 comfortably. Overall a great experience!

Host was easy to work with and pick up was a breeze. My only complaint would be that the ac for the passenger seats was not strong so we will feel the heat on the sunny days
