The van was great for out family trip. Pick up and drop off we're easy. They communicated quickly and we're able to help me change my trip easily. The vehicle was just what we needed, no issues at all!

The van we rented was dirty and had numerous stains. In addition, there was no spare tire provided. However, the staff always responded promptly to our concerns through messaging.
