Gas cap cover was missing, dents all over the vehicle, sliding door seal kept coming off, key fob battery dead, windshield wipers coming apart, seats coming apart. Pick up and drop off a lot more involved than a rental agency. Renter instituted on only using most expensive gas, not advertised on ad, hidden charge.

Everything was super easy. Really appreciated the direct communication. The car was super easy to find. We arrived loaded up and took off. Love the overall simplicity and the band was in great condition. Zero complaints.
