Affordable option, convenient to the airport, and responsive to questions. Although a 2021, it had high mileage and a bit of wear. The van did its job though and would get again if needed.

First off, i wish I can give a negative star for the overall experience.
The communication is 10/10.
Vehicle condition 1/10.
Fuel door and cap was broken. The key fob wasn't working. Had to manually unlock/lock each time.
The step screw was broken, my old mother had her foot sprained due to that, and the owner is charging me to repair the step, when they provided a faulty step which was not working and caused injury.
I do not recommend anyone to use them.. horrible experience and ruined the trip.

The car was in good condition really quick pick up and drop off and reply quickly. Car work great for our trip.
