The exterior of car was very dirty I had to go get the car washed when I picked it up. The back door for the trunk does not open from the outside unless physically unlocked my pulling up the lever on inside. The unlock button does not work. Lastly the ceiling AC vents don’t work either and for a summer day it was super hot in the back. The gas cap was also missing. The photos on Turo are misleading. Very disappointing rental experience.
