This is a great option to rent a van! Easy process. Van was clean and had no issues. Only thing was the remote fob must’ve been out of batteries. We had to manually unlock the doors with the key which was not a big issue. I did not report it, but I’m sure if I did they would’ve handled it. Very happy customer. Will rent again!

The trip is going perfect. The vehicle performed. I expectations well maintained clean when we picked it up. The host has been more than cooperative have enjoyed it immensely we would certainly use the host in any future rental in the area. We drove the vehicle over 1000 miles through the Grand Canyon.
