Pick up and drop off were fast and easy. This van was extremely spacious and perfect for transporting party supplies/decorations. Leonard was very informative about how the van operates. The trip was smooth and I would definitely rent again.

Oh, forgot to mention, the insulation not great on the driver side windows. So many times I checked to see if the windows was open, it was wind noise as if the windows was open but it was not. Everything else great and host was excellent
