This van had major body damage but biggest issue was the main passenger sliding door. It was so dented it could not close all the way. So I needed to drive majority of the time with the warning light and beeping. When we would park I was not able to lock and set alarm due to the door not closing… so we would need to empty everything out each day. Owner knew about issue and was trying to resolve but we were not able to get a replacement and needed to just bear with it the entire trip. They did offer us to cover the gasoline but definitely this car needs to be repaired before putting back on market. Definitely different from the photos. They need to be updated as everything was falling apart from glove box to back door swinging off the hinges. Don’t usually complain too much but this was a stressful Turo rental.
