The window rear view mirrors were a little dirty, and it was hard to see through the rearview mirrors on the doors. It was a bit dirty. It was a hassle to get the car out of the parking lot because the pass was expired. The owner is gonna try and get you to pay for the $140 parking and claim that he’s going to return the money to your account. I I didn’t trust him Zelle, me money to cover what should have been already taken care of. This was such a big inconvenience. I wouldn’t rent a car from them again.

Liam was excellent! His vehicle comfortably accommodated our family of 10 and took us everywhere we needed to go on the island. He was very cooperative with parking arrangements and our time frames, and he made extending our rental easy when we needed more time. We really appreciated his communication, flexibility, and willingness to work with us. He helped make our Hawaii vacation the perfect family trip. Thank you, Liam! 🙏

Pickup went mostly smooth, the gate wouldn't open but eventually we got it to. Everything was fine until Liam tried to extract more money from us by trying to get me to send him money through venmo which is completely against Turos policy. He texted me in a very unprofessional matter through his number and not through the turo app. He's completely unprofessional and I would never recommend using him. What could have been a completely smooth transaction resulted in the worst host experience I've ever had not just through rental cars but any vacation booking ever. Do not book with this guy, he doesn't deserve your money.

Second time we’ve rented from this host! Super easy and convenient and great communication! Would definitely recommend. The brushes were super helpful in keeping the sand off of us and out of the vehicle!
