I wasn’t “disappointed” but i also wouldn’t rate it a 4 star rental. So maybe like a 3.5, just wish it was a cleaner and a little more convenient. It worked out but car was dirty, sand all over the floor, and had a stale smell inside for the first little bit. Not the most convenient pick up. Key fob box is hard to open at the angle it’s at, and then the big van is parked in a super tight parking spot which is easy to get out of but hard to get in to especially if the car next to it is there, not to mention trying to have enough space to open the key box on the rear hitch without the front of the van sticking out too much.
It’s a pretty old van as you can tell from the tires and didn’t seem like it was cleaned between uses. It drove okay and did the job and the host was super nice but just not the most convenient pick up and drop off, and not the cleanest car.
