In the beginning from when I entered the property or location of the pick up I really was disappointed @ how their customer service and on how the workers not showing the customer especially for a first timer renting here how to operate or give basics on how to get the vehicle going for me. Not only that the actual vehicle that I reserved All documents were expired!… so it took a lot of my time waiting for them to get me another vehicle or (swap) it.
They gave me few choices on the other vehicles that they can swap but those choices were denied w/ out letting me know why?… So I had to wait even longer for them to get me a vehicle.
Then when I got the vehicle, the vehicle wasn’t clean as how it should be not to mention that there were few damages on exterior scratches/ Dents on doors front bumper skidding door, and Passenger view mirror had a crack on the icon light.
Inside vehicle it look like they were in a rush cause some parts of the floor/ carpet inside had old stains. Photos were taken and sent some photos couldn’t be loaded. Not sure why?.
Main concern and issue is there is no one that you can speak to or deal with directly! They just tell you they got agents in the app. Not my kinda style.
Trip not so bad sometimes ignition would take time to turn on with key.. I called it in and again Customer service was so bad they didn’t get back to me til an hr or two when I already got the vehicle back on.
