The experience was great. Pick up and drop off was simple. Finding parking was a little challenging. Overall, everything was great.

It was an over height vehicle so take note of that. Asked for a cleaning fee yet we were asked to return the vehicle clean.

15 passenger vans are of course over height vehicle comparing to other passenger vehicles. We expect guests to treat this van as their own, but obviously Mary Rose returned the van smelling bad like some far eastern spices market. If you are not comfortable renting vans then get yourself 3 minivans to transport 15 people.
