First, I appreciate the free gas, thank you for that. However, my reservation was scheduled for 5:30 AM, and based on the instructions provided, I was under the impression the van would already be at the airport. After driving around for nearly two hours looking for it in the designated area, I realized it hadn’t been dropped off yet. The host eventually messaged saying they were on the way. When the van arrived, it was also not very clean. That said, the van itself drove great with no issues.
I’m very sorry that, despite receiving complimentary gas for your entire trip, you were still dissatisfied with the overall experience. Thank you for your feedback, and I wish you a good day.
