The van was spacious and comfortably fit our party of nine, which was exactly what we needed. It was clean, easy to drive, and surprisingly fuel-efficient. We used it for four days while traveling throughout Chicago, and it was great on gas.
One thing to keep in mind is parking. The van was too tall to fit in most parking garages at the tourist attractions we visited, so we had to find street or surface parking instead. While parking could be a bit challenging in some areas, we were always able to find a spot nearby.
The hosts were wonderful to work with. They were very attentive, flexible with our requests, and communicated well throughout the entire process. They provided clear FAQs and instructions for the vehicle, pickup, and return, which made everything smooth and easy. Overall, we appreciated their excellent customer service and would recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle for a larger group.
