Took us where we needed to go with no issues, smooth ride. No issues leaving the car or retrieving the car. Host was very nice!

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with this host. The vehicle was delivered with a noticeable issue in the back right tire that caused unusual vibration, and the car was shaking significantly on the highway. It did not feel safe to drive, especially in the rain.
What’s most alarming is that this problem should have been obvious prior to drop-off. A basic inspection would have revealed that the vehicle was not operating properly. Safety should always be the top priority, and in this case, it clearly was not.
I would strongly recommend that future renters thoroughly inspect the vehicle before driving and reconsider booking unless the host can ensure their cars are properly maintained and safe for the road.
Guest revenged when we can’t accommodate their request to pick up the van in Tampa Florida when they drove all the way from Chicago and requested wave the over mileage fee.
