Host was incredibly nice, pickup and drop off were super easy. Car was incredibly clean, but generally van had a few minor issues (none impacted driving and host acknowledged). Otherwise all good and still would recommend.

Pick up was easy and car was clean. BUT we were given a vehicle that was unsafe to drive. A tire was completely worn out and we had to use our vacation/rental time (literally 1/3 of a day) to get it fixed, causing us to miss other reservations we had later in the day. We are so grateful that the tire didn’t completely blow out and cause us to wreck with our entire family in the car. This is also more of a cargo van and not a “luxury” vehicle by any means, like the host group name

Any concerns or issues identified at that time could have been addressed before the vehicle was released to you. Also, accommodating your last minute request to change your drop off time, caused inconvenience not only our operation but other guests schedules as well.
