This sprinters drives great and is black
Thats the extent of whats advertised
There are huge dents and scratches on the outside plus normal wear and tare of a 13 year old Mercedes Sprinter kept outside in the texas heat. The interior is super rough and all the leather side walls are completely pealing off and need to be replaced due to TX Heat and being 13 years old and kept outside. The front stereo screen has a giant crack and blemish and needs to be replaced, all the curtains need to be replaced or refurbished and are dirty, bent and dont function well. the interior was barely cleaned and all the cup holders and carpets needed to be cleaned and vacuumed but were not. I did that myself. I was told a day and a half before the trip that a customer brought the van back with lots of issues and there was not enough time to fix everything in time for my trip and that they were in a lawsuit with said client.

Just be honest and maybe offer a discount. I could not say anything at the time because no other vans were available in Austin and I would have been in quite a pickle. I reserved the van six months ago because it looked good and the host had mostly good reviews
The tv which is advertised was not working. It takes about an hour to swap out a tv in a sprinter and they are super cheap now. Like $100
Man the interior looks bad. Every wall needs new leather / vinyl/ upholstery ( whatever you want to call it) it was not ripped by a customer as stated. Just at the end of its life and peeling off the walls
I just feel like less than the minimum was done to rectify the situation and also feel like i was cheated :(. Very dissapponted

Van was in Ok shape. Unfortunately when i picked it up it was very dirty and also the tv didnt work in the Van.
The 120v outlets didnt work either. You can tell the Van has been used a lot. Could use a little upkeep on the interior.
Owners were very responsive and tried to help where they could.

Very comfortable ride for our family of six on our trip to the Grand Canyon. The van was spacious, clean, and made for a smooth road trip experience. Communication with the host was excellent—responsive, helpful, and timely throughout the rental.
The only downside was that some of the entertainment features were not working during our trip, including the DVD player and Roku, which was a bit disappointing on such a long drive with kids. Other than that, we had a great experience.
