Very comfortable ride for our family of six on our trip to the Grand Canyon. The van was spacious, clean, and made for a smooth road trip experience. Communication with the host was excellent—responsive, helpful, and timely throughout the rental.
The only downside was that some of the entertainment features were not working during our trip, including the DVD player and Roku, which was a bit disappointing on such a long drive with kids. Other than that, we had a great experience.
