Great communication from host, vehicle was excellent… clear instructions, and expectations at a reasonable price… highly recommend!

During the trip, the wireless Apple CarPlay quit working. The vehicle has got a lot of rattles the housing for the interior rearview mirror rattles badly. There’s a lot of rattles from the rear of the vehicle the brakes and tires probably need to be checked it start shaking badly starting about 75 mph, and when you break, you can feel what feels like the rotors are need to be resurfaced because the brake pedal shakes the drivers seatbelt tensioner would grab and not release. There is a gasket on the lower portion of the passengers rear Big side door that is coming loose and hanging down the rear seats on the floorboard in the seat tracks were extremely dirty with food dirt debris, paper, coins, pens, really disappointing, and underneath the hood needs to be cleaned during the trip I had to put in a quart of oil because I got an alert on the dash and also had to add the DEF per the owners instructions and it’s very dirty underneath the hood so overall it was pretty disappointing for a 2024 Mercedes sprinter van it needs to have a good service done on it I’m sure and a good cleaning. Probably won’t be running this vehicle again.
