​Horrible condition. Picked the car up from the garage, and by the time we got home, the smell was so bad we realized we had to try and deep clean the seats just to make it bearable.
​The seats were incredibly dirty We spent 2 hours using a Shark and pulled out pure brown mud. Even after all that effort, the deep smell would not go away. I refused to subject my family to a long drive in this car and returned it. The host should not be renting out a vehicle in this state.

If you read the info provided - vehicle pick up and drop off is easy! I read the reviews prior to renting, so I was prepared to drive a vehicle that has some quirks. Definitely needs some TLC at a mechanic, but didn’t give us any issues while driving around during the day! The host is very communicative and their response time was lightning fast.

Van could benefit from an alignment and definitely new windshield wipes but overall got the job done

Van is in fairly rough shape, back door rattles. Vehicle is in dire need of new windshield wipers which caused for very poor visibility while driving in the rain. Check in and out process is a bit cumbersome being down in a garage without cell service.

Simple pickup. Van got the job done. There were a few things that didn’t affect the usage but were noticed. Could use a good cleaning inside and a few mechanical things that should be checked up on. All in all, it got us from A to B.
