Very responsive host, and a great car.

Did not like the last minute substitution of Rivian truck for original Tesla reserved. Pickup was moved from airport delivery to taking an Uber to off site property 20 min away for pick up. Communication was terrible being that there was no one to answer calls and had to wait for text messages to be returned sometimes 20 minutes later. Finally talked with California Turo help line for rebooking car. Terrible experience all around.

Low battery when starting trip, steering wheel shook when above 60 mph. Wonderful vehicle though!
